Job Description

What you’ll do: 


We’re looking for a People Systems Specialist who can take ownership, shape ideas and be part of our People Systems Product Line team. You’ll leverage your Workday configuration knowledge to design, build and deliver solutions. You’ll receive support and help to learn other People Systems like SmartRecruiters and Docebo.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with HR leadership, Business Partners and technical teams to gather and define requirements, recommendations, document changes for change control purposes, design and implement solution and ensure ease of user adoption


  • Configure and implement business process upgrades and enhancements, lead testing and data validation and ensure that overall system performance is aligned with business objectives


  • Configure and provide daily support, ad-hoc provisioning operations, manage maintenance and rollout of new product releases and tools for our People Systems


  • Own data quality of Workday, SmartRecruiters (SR) and Docebo, creating auditing reports. Clean up master data, build more data validation into the system/recommend process improvements for better quality data, build enhancements to dashboards and reports 


  • Maintain ongoing support of Workday (HCM) in addition to SR  and Docebo within the HRIS ecosystem. 


  • Perform data analysis to meet the needs of customers (HR Business Partners, TA , Business or Functional Leaders etc.) to aid in decision-making


  • Support, coach and train team members on how to use People Systems and ensure they’re constantly optimised


Who you are: 


  • Fluent in English 

  • Knowledge and hands-on experience configuring Workday HCM, Absence, Advanced Compensation, Reporting  and Talent

  • Experience working effectively with business and IT staff across multiple locations

  • Excellent problem identification, prioritisation, analysis and solving skills

  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, be responsive to business needs and bring clarity to ambiguous and complex processes

  • Ability to multitask and attention to detail

  • Good communication skills with the ability to influence the adoption of the optimal approach at all levels and drive the seamless delivery of projects

  • An active listener and team player who’s customer-focused and can build relationships
