Job Description

What you’ll do:

The Product Analytics team supports the product teams (Product Managers, Business Owners, UX Designers, Developers and Marketers), leads a data-driven mentality and helps to build and evaluate new products.

As a Product Analyst, you will drive a better user experience by formulating the right questions and then answering them using data analysis, machine learning, modelling, and continuous experimentation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Find opportunities to improve our product by analysing user behaviour
  • Design and set up experiments, recommend solutions that enable us to understand where to focus our efforts
  • Validate the impact we make with new initiatives
  • Visualise and communicate your findings to product teams and other partners
  • Work with product teams to define key experiment metrics and KPIs

Qualifications

Who you are:

  • Experience in an analytics or data science environment and A/B testing
  • Strong background in statistics, computer science, econometrics, economics, or other quantitative fields
  • Proficiency working with large data sets, knowledge of SQL and Python 
  • Experience with articulating product questions and using statistics to arrive at an answer
  • Ability to translate analysis results into business recommendations
  • Curiosity for understanding user behaviour, creativity and initiative
