Job Description

What you’ll do:

The Finance team acts as a trusted business partner protecting, creating and driving sustainable stakeholder value. By providing accurate and timely financial information, we enable a secure and protected environment. We achieve this through our robust compliance measures and controls, ensuring the company's integrity at all times.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the design, development and implementation of tax strategy for the organisation
  • Minimise tax liability using thorough knowledge of tax laws and regulations
  • Manage tax requests, monitor deliverables including budget & gap analysis
  • Support transfer pricing documentation and local/master file package
  • Prepare and support tax reporting during quarter, year-end and statutory closing
  • Support in tax audits, reorganisations and the preparation of annual tax returns, reconciliations and payments
  • Liaise with Accounting, Controllership, Treasury and external tax providers, among others


Who you are:

  • University degree in Law/Economics/Business Administration preferably with an MBA/LLM
  • 3-5 years experience in a similar function with focus on Tax expertise in an international environment
  • Good organisational skills, attention to detail, resourcefulness and an ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Collaborative with the flexibility to solve complex tasks independently if necessary
  • Cultural sensitivity, with an ability to communicate and present in a clear and concise manner
  • Experience with ERP Accounting
  • Fluent English with good verbal and written French/Spanish preferred
