About the role:

As the Product Manager for our Customer Service team, you are responsible for defining the vision and strategy for the team with a focus on optimizing the customer experience - helping our markets to resolve customer queries in the right right channel and in the best way.

You balance delivering value while keeping up to date on new topics in the Customer Success and Experience space. Building effective links with partners in a global setup comes naturally to you.

Working with local business and product peers you ideate, define, experiment and craft impactful value propositions. Our customers guide you: You love to shorten feedback loops with your end-users to gather data and improve the value that we offer them.

What you’ll do:

  • You are able to build and drive a compelling product vision and strategy for a product

  • Drive strategic roadmap discussions with partners while applying market need

  • Prioritize objectives and set direction for your backlog, with customer value at the center.

  • Identify and solve hard customer problems by building prototypes, engaging in market research, A/B testing ideas and leading in product discovery. Your goal is to work towards creating delightful new product experiences while ensuring every initiative moves the needle on your North Star metrics.

  • Create visibility of the team’s roadmap and key deliverables, and ensure a continuous delivery of value to our end customers and our business.

  • Empower your development team to deliver against the focus items you set, and participate in refinements and planning sessions.

  • Build deep relationships with our partners, at multiple levels in the organization and across our markets. Provide them with context and knowledge driving decision-making.

  • Collaborate with our Solution Architects and Business Analysts to ensure clarity for your developers and clear translation to technical solutions and requirements.

Qualifications

What you’ll need:

  • A strong - “can-do” - attitude, experienced in guiding teams in all aspects of modern product management. 

  • The ability to say no, and rationalize your decisions to both business and technical audiences.

  • Outstanding communication skills, both written & verbal/presentation. You should have experience communicating and influencing at multiple levels of an organization

  • Experience in stakeholder management on a global scale

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Able to frame problems, collect data, and perform analysis to arrive at valid conclusions. You lead with and present data and metrics to influence others

  • Experience with Customer Service solutions and Salesforce beneficial

  • Familiar working in Agile teams and delivering  software using Agile methodologies.
